Species
Nimatel

The Nimatel are a pre-sapient quadrepedal mammal that shows signs of evolving into a sapient species. Their front extremities are forming opposable thumbs, and their intelligence grows slightly with each new generation.

The Nimatel are known for their abundance of sensory organs. They have six eyes, with each pair attuned to a different wavelength. They commonly do not have all three pairs of eyes open at the same time, but will switch between them depending on the environment and their situation. They have two pairs of ears, one for hearing things nearby and afar, and another pair that is enclosed under the body specifically to sense vibrations. They have a single pair of nostrils, but due to their long body plan they have an excellent sense of smell due to their immense receptors.
